the dynfly® membership terms and conditions

The dynfly Signature Membership and Premium Membership programs are loyalty programs offered by dynfly to its most valued customers. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in the dynfly membership (known as a “Member”) and dynfly. Dynfly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, policies, or procedures (“Related Rules”) affecting the membership loyalty programs and to terminate any membership loyalty program or a Member’s membership in any membership loyalty program at any time for any reason without prior written notice. By participating in any dynfly membership program, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Related Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the dynfly membership terms and conditions and Related Rules, which can be found at https://dynfly.com/membership. Extra charges may apply for long or thick hair that requires addition dye or product. Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in any dynfly membership program. Prices vary by market. Memberships at dynfly entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:

 

THE dynfly® SIGNATURE MEMBERSHIP

Includes one Take Root®, Guy Dye®, or Blowout per month, 10% off all product and tools purchased in-store, plus discounts on additional services.

 

THE dynfly® PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Includes unlimited Take Root®, or Guy Dyes®, 20% off all product and tools purchased in-store, unlimited access to our YDI® bar during normal business hours, plus discounts on additional services.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and memberships are non-transferrable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership services and or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a dynfly Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits may result in automatic cancellation of membership. Dynfly reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or services under the membership. Members also agree to allow dynfly to communicate with Members via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites and other methods of communication established by dynfly. Dynfly may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Related Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters dynfly believes may be of interest to Member. Membership fees will recur monthly until the membership is cancelled by the Member and Member hereby specifically authorizes dynfly to automatically charge the applicable monthly fee to the Member’s credit card for the Member’s membership level until cancelled by Member in accordance with these terms and conditions. Membership can be cancelled at any time. Memberships canceled at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled billing date will result in no further monthly charges. Failure to cancel a membership at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled billing date will result in Member being charged a monthly membership fee in the month following cancellation. Memberships must be cancelled via email at membership@dynfly.com. To cancel your membership, please send your name, phone number, email address, and the date you’d like to cancel to membership@dynfly.com. Unused Take Root®, Guy Dye® or Blowouts in any given month, as part of the Signature Membership program, “rollover” month-to-month and never expire during membership. Unused Take Root®, Guy Dye®, Blowouts and discounts have no cash value. Any unused Take Root®, Guy Dye®, or Blowouts must be redeemed during the membership period and upon cancellation they will immediately expire forever. Member is not entitled to redeem unused Take Root®, Guy Dye®, Blowouts or discounts for cash or store credit and Member is not entitled to a refund for any Unused Take Root®, Guy Dye®, Blowouts or discounts at any time during membership or upon cancelation. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee for the Member’s membership level. In the event that the Member’s credit card is declined when processing the applicable monthly fee, the Member’s membership shall be considered immediately canceled as of the date of the credit card declination. It is each Member’s responsibility to keep dynfly informed of accurate billing information. A new form must be completed for any changes in billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original membership purchase was made. If a Member upgrades the Member’s membership level, the new monthly membership fee will be charged automatically to the authorized credit card and thereafter on approximately the same day of the month that the Member purchased the upgraded membership. If dynfly terminates a membership program or a Member’s membership, the Member’s credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to canceled memberships will apply.
